First Two Awards Announced! Next Saturday (Oct 10) for Final Presentation and Awards

Dear Big Data Hackathon Participants,

Thank you so much for your great presentations and wonderful proposals today!  The Judge Panel has announced the first two awards:

  • Award winner for the Most Innovative Proposal Ideas: Water Savers $200
  • Award winner for the Strongest Teamwork: My Bodyguard! $200

The final project submission deadline is October 9 (Friday) at 12pm) at the Github.

Nine Teams have entering the second round of competition:

Important Parking Info Tomorrow! (Sunday, Oct 4)

We will resume our Hackathon tomorrow (Sunday) at 9AM at Peterson Gym Room 153.  Please read this important Parking Info.

Please make sure to print out your Parking Permit (see your previous email with the link).

The Parking on Sunday will be restricted due to another major event at SDSU.  You need to park on the lower level of PS 5 (Level-1 only).  When you are entering from 55th street, you should enter level 2 and proceed to the down ramp located on the southeast side of the structure, then park on…
